
Rachel specializes in technical solutions & geospatial analysis using GIS, as well as assisting with grant application development, project management, and hazard mitigation identification & planning. She has previously worked in water resources, providing field training and GIS support to associated organizations. Rachel loves spending time outdoors by going camping, hiking, biking, skiing, rock climbing & kayaking and enjoys documenting her adventures through photography.
